[Koha] Unable to login in Web Installer 21.5

Hi Sanjay,

Can you provide more information? Are you getting an error message when 
you try to login? And what username and password are you using - your 
default username is koha_library (where 'library' is the name of your 
instance). To get your password run 'sudo koha-passwd library' in your 
commandline, where 'library' is again the name of your instance.
