[Koha] Records visible to those who login

Hi,

OpacHiddenItems hides the items and records if all items are hidden.
This worked independent from if you are logged in or not. Then
OpacHiddenItemsExceptions can make items visible for certain patron
categories again, which is an information only available if you are
logged in.
