[Koha] Installation issues

Hi John,

point 1 and 2 are not very important.

Point 3 is bug,a and I confirm it.

Installing 21.05 with it-IT, only MARC21 is available.
Installing 20.05 with it-IT, it is possible to install MARC21 or Unimarc.
