[Koha] circulation.pl is maxing out the CPU - Need help!

more a wild guess, but we once had problems with calculating due dates
far into the future and a calendar bug. So Koha couldn't find any day
where the library was open for the due date.
Maybe check the circulation conditions and calendars for anything that
