[Koha] Publication date (yyyy-yyyy) advanced search option not working in my Koha instance

Hi Cindy,

I am sorry, I am not spotting anything unusual :(

I've also tried the date range search in 20.05 and on master and it
appears to work correctly there. Maybe some of our Zebra experts could
chime in?
