[Koha] Authorized values for category COUNTRY

Hi,

at the moment you can only manage the authorised values in the staff
interface, there is no option to export/import them in batch. See:

*Bug 10198*
<https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=10198> - Add
the ability to import and export authorized values

If you have some SQL knowledge and access to your database it might be
an option to do it on database level.
