[Koha] Export koha patron

Hi,

moving all this data would be much more complicated than just moving the
patrons from one installation to the other. In order to move the loans,
you'd also need to add the bibliographic records/items to the other
system, possibly matching with existing records, etc. There are
currently no scripts/tools in Koha to do this.
