[Koha] Error in step - Upgrade to 21.06.00.012 [10:59:41]: Bug 15067

Hi Jonathan and George,

I went through the language tables and removed any apparent duplications. I also emptied out the language_descriptions table with no success. Thanks Jonathan for opening the bug ticket. Fortunately my system is for internal institutional use and I can be patient. 

I appreciate the quick response and help from this group!!!
