[Koha] Cannot see Google Login Link

Hi Everyone,

I used the following guides to attempt to get Google Authentication to work
on a Koha installation:

However, I cannot seem to be able to get the Google Login link to show up
on the Login page. Does anyone have any ideas what the issue may be?
