[Koha] Help about Holds in Koha How to Setup

Hi,

How to ask questions is how it works?

I have a few questions about koha. Maybe you can help me? I'm talking about
Staff rights but no admin rights. I’m talking about the first page not
admin page (intra).

1. How can a holds be made for only one hold. So that the other cannot
already book if it is holding.

2. How to put an automatic time on holdings such as 2 days. After 2 days
the holding would disappear. To make it the same for everyone?
