[Koha] FYI newly developed Vendor Acquisition Plugin for Koha

FYI - the Swedish Koha user Group has developed a vendor acquisition plugin for Koha. It is released open source on GitHub.

We are in the initial phases in Sweden getting it up and running and has so far tested it with good results outside of production use. We have one large vendor implementing the API and we are currentlyg talking with two other large vendors.
