[Koha] Using News in 20.05

Hello Quỳnh,
I'm glad your solution works but you do raise a good point. I have filed a
bug:
https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=26467
I think it would be good if we could select multiple display locations that
are not 'All'.
