[Koha] Feedback option in OPAC

Hello

Seen there is a report Problem option in latest Koha which emphasizes
problems only can it be made like feedback? or is there any option so that
users can send messages to the library via Koha as the library desk can
send messages which populates on the user account on login.

Your suggestions please.
