[Koha] accessing my OPAC

Now that all the instructions look like they have been followed correctly, I can’t seem to get access to the web interface. Does it need to be on the same server? Does someone else own my library name on koha? Have I typed out the hosts box correctly?

Quick help greatly appreciated as the semester starts next Thursday
