[Koha] Kohacon20: time zone, live stream and registration reminders

Kia ora anō koutou,

It's now just under 22 hours until Kohacon!

TIMING AND TIMEZONE
The first Kohacon session that will be streamed starts at 9.45am on
Monday morning in NZ. The stream may start sooner, but you won't see
much on the stream until 9.45am. It is currently NZDT here, which is
UTC/GMT +13 hours. Apologies I incorrectly referred to NZST in a
previous email.

LIVE STREAM LINK
The live stream details have been sent to all registered participants.
There will be another email with the live stream details soon before the
conference begins.
