[Koha] Bugzilla CC searching & saved searches

Hi Heather,

sorry for the really late reply. Bug 25913 currently has the status
"Pushed to stable" - your query only checks for 3 possible status (NEW,
REOPENED, ASSIGNED). If you change that list to be more inclusive, your
bug should show up in the list as expected.
