[Koha] Issue list of statuses

Dears,

In serials module, the list of issue statuses is hardcoded, is there a way to add new statuses or to use it as authorized value.

I need statuses like withdrawn as its not existing in the list,



Koha version:   19.11.03.000
Linux libkoha 4.9.0-9-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.9.168-1+deb9u3 (2019-06-16) x86_64

attached current statuses.
