Hi all,

Update. With many thanks to Jonathan for responding to me so quickly
on Bug 22027!

This fixed the issue:

1. In your koha-conf.xml, set a temp directory under <config> to point
to your tmp folder in /var/lib/koha/<your koha instance name>/tmp, as
in:

<tmp_path>/var/lib/koha/$INSTANCE/tmp</tmp_path>

2. Restart memcached, plack, and apache
