[Koha] plack proxy error after upgradiing to 19.11.06

Hi

We have noticed slow koha since last update of koha

Koha 19.11.06.000
MySQL version: mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.7.30, for Linux (x86_64) using
EditLine wrapper
Apache version: Server version: Apache/2.4.29 (Ubuntu)
Memcached: Servers: 127.0.0.1:11211 | Namespace: koha_library | Status:
running. | Config read from: koha-conf.xml

We had plack enabled and got the following "proxy and http:proxy" errors in
both opac and intranet.

As per https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Starting_in_Catalyst_Koha_team
We disabled plack and restart apache

and proxy errors stopped.

What can be the cause?

If we reenable plack, proxy error start again.
