[Koha] Plack error in koha 19.11.06

Hi

Since this morning we start to have this errors in plack:

Error while loading /etc/koha/plack.psgi: Can't load application from file

We tried to disable/enable stop/start plack and restarted apache2 but
errors continue.

We have temporarily disable plack so work can continue with koha

What can be the cause?
