[Koha] relevance problem

Hi Pawel,

it would require changing some Koha code and I am not sure how well it
would work - 260 can contain non-numeric strings like 'c 2019' and is
also repeatable.

Maybe a better bet would be to populate the 008 Date1 and reindex. Tools
like MarcEdit can help with that.
