[Koha] Loading of checkout books for circulation

Hi,

often this happens because the data of your items is not complete or
contains characters that don't work well with JSON. The first things I'd
check:

- Do all your items have the home and holding branch (952$a and $b) set
to a correct value?
- Do all your items have an itemtype set? (952$y)
