[Koha] Warning about patron relationship problems?

Hi Alvaro,
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you can apply the patch
without affecting package updates (I think it would just overwrite about.pl
with the new version when you upgrade). I just applied it manually on my
test server (since there were few changes I just made the changes in a text
editor) and it seems to have worked. It's probably safe because you're
only changing one file, and you can save a copy of the original if you want
in case it breaks the package update, and put it back in place before doing
the upgrade to 19.11.02.
