[Koha] Upgrading ubuntu & koha

Hi Katrin

We will see what it gets.

I then will need to manually move apache configs, crons, custom icons,
biblio covers, etc.

The dependencies I was refering to was the ones about ubuntu 18.4 LTS and
referred here:
