[Koha] Error when tryin to log in to the Staff Interface

Hello,
I have figured out that there is something wrong with the database I was
using (mysql). So I have decided to remove it and try Mariadb instead. I
have ended up with braking my system totally. I have rebuild it at installed
Koha with Mariadb without any issues.
All works as a charm. 
Looks like Mysql on Ubuntu 19.10 doesn't cooperate too well. (needs
additional setting up?)
