[Koha] Can't delete Partron after upgrade to 20.05

Hi Tomas,Thank you very much for your help. I followed your direction
and then added appropriate entries in the koha-conf.xml file located in
the /etc/koha/sites/INSTANCE directory. I had to add entries for:
log4perl, lockdir and upload_path.
