Maybe the new tool to bulk edit due dates will fit your needs. See 
https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=24846

This tool is already part of Koha 19.11.04 and 19.05.09. It also has 
been backported for Koha 18.11.16 which will probably be released at the 
end of April 2020.
