[Koha] Easy way to temporarily disable hold notice

Hi koha community,

is there an easy way to temporarily disable the hold notice for all patrons? Letter code HOLD.

We want to skip hold notices for a few weeks, then turn them back on.

Is there a syspref? Do we have to manipulate the message preferences of every patron?

Koha version 17.11.
