Hi Isatou,

Yes! There is. Koha staff side > Tools > "Batch patron deletion and
anonymization". You didn't say what version you're on but here is the 18.11
documentation for that:

You can set criteria to delete the patrons so it sounds like simply using
the "expiration date before..." option is sufficient for you. Or it may be
easier to create a list of all the patrons then choose to delete everyone
in the list. Whenever we do any batch patron operation, we try to use
patron lists. If you have a report that pulls all the barcodes for the
patrons, you can pretty easily paste the results to make a list of them all.
