[Koha] From docs list: Deprecated script used (koha-start-sip)

Hi team,

Installed 19.05 version of koha and got the subjected error when try
starting sip. Koha is got started by using koha-sip <instance> but not able
to stop or restart sip services. Please help

root at koha:/home/koha# koha-start-sip library
Deprecated script used (koha-start-sip)
