[Koha] Can't connect to SIP2 and port 6001 closed

Can you double check your /etc/koha/sites/ulibrary/SIPconfig.xml file. I
think you may have syntax error inside it.

You may share it here if you wish, but make sure to remove any
credentials inside it.
