[Koha] Unable to Access Koha # Critical

That's weird, it look like you have a problem in your ubuntu, I"m not
familiar with this error, but a quick search I found this :

You mentioned that only GUI was not loaded, are you able to access terminal
? can you try to check mysql status or start it now ?
