[Koha] Koha User csv export/import

Hallo all,

I've just created some users on 1 koha installation and then I exported the
patrons as CSV data. I tried importing the patrons into other koha
installation but unfortunately it was failing due to some missing fields,
how could be that there is missing fields if those patrons were already
created in a koha system and all required fields were filled?

Note: The 2 Koha installations are of the recent version.
