[Koha] New Arrivals Scrolling List of Koha OPAC

Hi Rizwan,

lists of new arrivals are often added to the OPAC using plugins. The
coverflow plugin is one example:

Instructions on how to add them to Koha should be given in the plugin
descriptions.
