[Koha] Regarding DBMS Auto increment fix

*Is DBMS auto increment fix required for Koha 18.11.05 (Current version)?
Yes/No*
In Koha wiki site, it shows only for Koha 16.05, 16.11, and 17.05. There is
nothing written for Koha 18.05 and Koha 18.11.
