[Koha] Does anyone use the function to email patrons about overdue materials?

Hello everyone!

Does anyone use the Koha function to email patrons about overdue 
materials? Do you find it works well? Was set up easy? Are you able to 
turn it off and on easily? Do you have patrons who complain it goes 
straight to the spam folder?
