[Koha] 648$a not correct indexing

Hi Erlanda,

I found an existing bug report for the problem:

field 648 does not appear in the subject index

If you add yourself CC to the bug report you will receive information on
any updates. As it hasn't been fixed in a while, you might want to
consider having someone fix it for you and submit a patch to the community.
