[Koha] Koha is using 100% CPU

How do you know this?

And out of curiosity if you type 'top' and look at the process list, do you 
see 404.pl?
Does the 404.pl not seem to go away?

The other day, I was checking, and discovered that some bot was trying to 
DoS/Hack a client's OPAC.
I blocked the IP address, and things returned to normal. I wasn't concerned 
about the IP address, as it was out of country for the library.
