[Koha] my messaging preference

hi 

Im using koha 18.05.10 and i faced an issue with my messaging preference at
Administration>Patron Category where I do thick all this  box for emailing 
Item due 
Advance notice 
Hold filled 
Item check-in 
Item checkout 

But when i look each patron details, the messaging preference unthick and
its difficult to me to edit every patron in koha 

im newbie in koha 

pleas do someone help me
