[Koha] Change of hotkeys to function keys

I wonder if the hotkeys for Koha can be re-set to function keys like:



1.     For checkout            F1       instead of *Alt+u                  *

2.       For checkin              F2       instead of *Alt+r       *

3.     For renewal              F3       instead of *Alt+w              *
