[Koha] Adding randomly generated password to member entry form using intranetuserjs

Hi Emma,

we haven't, but I think it would be nice, especially for generating a
first time password when using the ACCTDETAILS notice.

I think it would be good to have a bug/enhancement request reported for
this on bugs.koha-community.org.
