[Koha] Setup library check-out computer for students to use

Hi Lizelle,

Basically you need to activate the feature using the |WebBasedSelfCheck
system preference.|

|You will also want to check and read through the other system
preferences in this section.|

|In addition to setting the system preferences, you will need a new
staff user with the self_check permission set.|
