[Koha] Error retrieving biblio in rebuild_zebra.pl line 680

I wrote a small Codeigniter class that I used to copy the data from the old
databases and saved it to biblio_metadata and indexed without a problem
thereafter.I have attached the PHP code in a file below.Thank you all.
