[Koha] Modifying cart

Hi Giacomo,

at the moment the text of the cart email is hardcoded and cannot be
edited or changed. There is an open bug report for moving the text into
the notices tool:

emails for sending cart and list contents into notices tool.

Instead of using the cart for reservations, maybe you could encourage
your users to use holds or article requests instead. This would give you
better access to the information from the staff client and you would be
able to automate the process more, like sending notices when the items
are ready for pick-up.
