[Koha] Deletion of books from purchase suggestion

Hi Vinod,

at the moment it's not possible to restrict the deletion of suggestions.

There has been some discussion about this on a bug I found:

You could file a new enhancement request or add to the one above on
bugzilla explaining the use case and how it should be configurable to
move the discussion further.
