The content of your MARC controlfield 008 is corrupt. It should contain 
exactly 40 characters - but your content has probably 42 characters. As 
it seems the first two characters (a blank followed by a zero) are 
wrong. Also there is something wrong with the end of the tag named 
"</controlfie" - of course, it should read "</controlfield>".
