[Koha] Return of overdue items via self-check machine

Hi Peter,

I am not aware of a setting that would do that. The rule of thumb is
that if there is a question for confirmation at the circulation desk the
self check will probably deny the return/checkout.  But I don't think we
have one for overdues.
