[Koha] Call number splitting issues

Hello,

Can anyone point me in the right direction for how to report a couple call
number splitting issues for possible fix in a future release?

We use LC classification, and the splitting problems I experience are
mostly with children's literature call numbers that have two letters in a
row as part of the cutter. For example:
PZ
7.1
.P6213
St
2018

is split like this in Koha's pdf label maker:
PZ
7.1
.P6213
S
T2018

The other issue I encounter is with the more rare call numbers that
incorporate a military regiment number. Here's an example:
E
492.94
1st
.H53
1982

is split like this in Koha's pdf label maker:
E
492.94
1
.S
T
H53
1982

I've found some similar reports in Bugzilla, but they are linked to a case
(10821) <https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=10821> that
seems to have been fixed in 2014 (as far as I can tell - I'm pretty new so
I'm not sure I'm reading the bug histories correctly).

I'd appreciate any guidance on how to best add this to the ongoing
discussion for call number split issues!

Thanks!
Joelle
