Do you mean to hide the link Authority search </cgi-bin/koha/opac-authorities-home.pl> in the opac home or whatever?
Or to hide the links 
cgi-bin/koha/opac-authoritiesdetail.pl?authid=NNNN
in the opac-detail.pl of bib records?
In both cases, you can use jQuery.
