[Koha] Unable to configure Koha 18.11 on Ubuntu 16.04

Hi SATISH,
i had the same problem while installing koha 18.11 on Ubuntu 16.04LTS but
resolved it by running the installation again but this time, i
installed mariadb-server instead
of mysql server. hope this helps.
